Can I cancel my order?

  • Order not completed:
    You can cancel your order at any time by removing items from your cart.
  • Order completed but not shipped:
    Email us immediately at office@thepinkbench.com, and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
  • Order shipped:
    Wait for the order to arrive, then return it at your cost to:
    The Pink Bench, Kristina Seemayer, Sveene 28, 3731 Skien, Norway.
    We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks if the items are returned undamaged. If damaged, a refund will not be issued.

My order arrived, but it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?

  • Return timeframe:
    You can return the order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Steps to return:
    • Email us at office@thepinkbench.com to notify us.
    • Arrange and pay for the return shipping.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance – to ensure we receive your returned item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks, provided the items return undamaged. No refund will be given for damaged items.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

  • Contact us:
    Email office@thepinkbench.com with the following:
    • Photos of the damaged item.
    • Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable).
    • Your order number.
  • Resolution:
    • We will offer either a refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement item within 2 weeks.
    • You won’t need to return the damaged item.
    • For replacements, allow extra time as items are made to order.

I received my order, but the items are not what I ordered

  • Check your receipt:
    Double-check the items against your receipt to confirm the mistake.
  • Contact us:
    If there’s an error, email us at office@thepinkbench.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • A photo of the items received.
  • Resolution:
    • If you like the received items, we’ll adjust our inventory and no further action is needed.
    • If you want the correct items, return the wrong ones and place a new order.
  • Return address:

    A refund will be issued upon receiving undamaged returns. Damaged items will not qualify for a refund.

I want to exchange some items from my order

  • Steps to exchange:
    • Email us at office@thepinkbench.com to notify us.
    • Arrange and pay for the return shipping.
    • Place a new order for the items you want.

    Once we receive the items undamaged, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). No refund for damaged items.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
